We have many years of experience leading all types of people. We love leadership and aspire to show the world the foundations needed to have “Everlasting Leadership”. We have been a leader to union hourly team members of one of the biggest companies in the United States, a leader of non-union hourly team members of a very small company, a leader of salary managers, a leader of a sales team all over the country, and was a leader of everyone and everything as Operations Leader of a national company. We want to show our thoughts and experiences on the foundations and tools that develop great leaders that last forever.
